A comprehensive exam with your dentist, full digital X-rays, a standard cleaning and an oral cancer screening, a $394 value at our standard fees. It's for self-pay new patients aged 14 and over. If we find gum disease that needs a deep clean instead of a standard cleaning, we'll explain why and price it before doing anything. The offer can't be combined with insurance or a membership plan.

A photo ID, your insurance card (if you have dental insurance), a list of any medications you take, and any dental X-rays taken in the last 12 months (or tell us your previous dentist and we'll request them). We email your new-patient forms 48 hours before your visit so you can complete them online. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Our prices are published on this page, new self-pay patients get the $99 exam, X-rays & clean offer, and our membership plans (from $29/month) cover your check-ups and give you 15–20% off other treatment. Treatment over $1,000 can be spread over 12 months at 0% APR, subject to approval.

English, Spanish and Mandarin. Dr. Ruiz, Hannah and our front desk speak Spanish, and Dr. Chen speaks Mandarin. For other languages we can arrange an interpreter with 48 hours' notice.

We're open Mon–Fri 8am–7pm, Sat 9am–3pm, and closed on Sundays. Weekday appointments run until 7pm, so evening visits are easy to fit around work.

Yes. Call before 11am (Monday to Saturday) and we'll see you the same day. The emergency exam is $129 including X-rays, and we always explain your options and prices before any treatment. New patients are welcome.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments incur a $50 fee. We send reminders by text and email 48 hours and 2 hours before your appointment. If something urgent comes up, just call us.

We're in-network with 10 PPO plans: BlueHarbor Dental PPO, Summit Dental PPO, Meridian Care PPO, Northstar Smile PPO, Clearwater Dental PPO, Keystone Benefits PPO, Pacific Crest Dental PPO, Lone Oak Employers PPO, Unity Mutual Dental PPO and Evergreen Dental Select PPO. We also accept most other PPO plans out-of-network and file the claim for you. We don't accept HMO/DHMO plans or Medicaid/CHIP dental plans.

We check your benefits before your visit and give you a written estimate before any treatment. You pay your estimated portion at the visit and we file the claim with your insurer. If your plan pays more or less than estimated, we refund or bill the difference within 30 days. Typical PPO coverage is 100% for preventive care, 80% for basic treatment (fillings, root canals, gum treatment) and 50% for major treatment (crowns, implants), up to your annual maximum.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HSA and FSA cards, and cash. We don't accept personal checks. Payment is due at the time of service. Treatment over $1,000 can be financed at 0% for 12 months, subject to approval.

Treatment over $1,000 can be spread over 12 monthly installments at 0% APR, subject to credit approval. Longer plans of 24–60 months are available at fixed rates from 7.9% APR. The application takes about 2 minutes and uses a soft credit check that won't affect your credit score. For example, a $3,600 implant is $300/month for 12 months.

Memberships are for patients without insurance: Essential ($29/month), Plus ($39/month) and Family ($99/month for up to 4 people). Pay annually and get 2 months free ($290, $390 or $990 a year). There are no deductibles, waiting periods or annual maximums, and monthly plans can be canceled any time with 30 days' notice.

By their first birthday, or within 6 months of their first tooth appearing, whichever comes first. “Happy visits” for children under 3 are complimentary, and a kids' check-up & clean (under 14) is $129.

Some patients feel mild sensitivity for 24–48 hours. We apply a desensitizing gel after in-chair whitening and include one in every take-home kit. If you have sensitive teeth, take-home trays with a gentler gel are a great option. We don't whiten for patients under 16 or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Typically 6–18 months, depending on how much your teeth need to move. You wear aligners 20–22 hours a day and see us every 6–8 weeks. Your free consultation includes a 3D scan and a simulation showing your estimated treatment time. Treatment costs $3,900–$6,200 all-inclusive.

Usually 3–6 months from placement to the final crown, as the implant needs time to fuse with the bone. If you need a bone graft first, add around 3 months. If the gap is visible, you'll have a temporary tooth while it heals. Implants cost $3,600–$4,800 per tooth including the abutment and crown.

Yes. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas, $75) takes the edge off and wears off within minutes, so you can drive yourself home. Oral sedation ($250) is a prescribed tablet for longer visits or significant anxiety; you'll need someone to drive you home, and we send pre-visit instructions. We don't offer IV sedation in-house, but can refer you if needed.

Yes. Our digital X-rays use up to 80% less radiation than traditional film. A set of bitewing X-rays is roughly equal to the natural background radiation you receive in a single day. We only take X-rays when they're clinically needed and provide a thyroid collar on request. Please tell us if you are, or might be, pregnant.

We're at 240 Lakeview Avenue, Suite 3, Austin, TX 78701. Free underground parking is available for patients in our building's garage (entrance beside the main lobby); bring your ticket to the front desk and we'll validate it for up to 2 hours.

Yes. Our studio is on the ground floor with a step-free entrance, wide doorways, an accessible restroom and a treatment room with extra space for wheelchairs and strollers. Let us know if you need anything else and we'll prepare for your visit.
